The Portland Area Chamber of Commerce is organized to advance the general welfare and prosperity of Portland and surrounding areas so that its citizens and all of its Chamber Business Member community shall prosper. All necessary means of promotion shall be provided and particular attention and emphasis shall be given to the economic, civic, commercial, cultural, industrial and educational interest of the area.
Any person, association, corporation, limited liability company, partnership or other business entity or organization having interest in the objectives of the organization shall be eligible to apply for membership. The Portland Area Chamber of Commerce is an equal opportunity organization and does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, religion, sex, age physical disability or sexual orientation.
All local businesses are eligible to become Chamber members.

Our Chamber Board meets every 3rd Wednesday of each month at the Portland City Hall at 8:00 a.m. We encourage all Member Business Owners and Managers to participate.
We have Legislative Luncheons every 2nd Monday of each month at Wagon Wheel American Grill. These meetings start at noon with Local and State Representatives keeping us up to date with City, State and Federal issues. The public is welcome to join in this gathering.
